چکیده
ورزشهای الکترونیک در ایران بهعنوان یک کسب و کار پتانسیل لازم برای توسعه و درآمدزایی را دارا میباشد. لذا، برای مدیریت و برنامهریزی در این حیطه، استفاده از روشهای نوین آیندهپژوهی بهخصوص سنارنویسی راهگشا میباشد. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، ترکیبی از روشهای اسنادی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 13 نفر از متخصصان و فعالان بازیهای رایانهای، کسبوکار و اساتید مدیریت ورزشی میباشند. روش نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند و ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه بود که در سه مرحله با کمک روش دلفی تدوین گردید. بدین صورت که یافتههای پژوهش برای مشارکتکنندگان ارائه و متن نظریه توسط آنها و طی سه مرحله مطالعه و نقطه نظرات آنها اعمال شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل نرمافزار میکمک نشان داد که متغییرهای ارتباط با مشتری، ساختار هزینه، کانالهای توزیع دارای تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری بالا هستند. متغییرهای شرکای کلیدی و ارزشهای پیشنهادی تأثیرگذاری بالا و تأثیرپذیری پایینی در روابط بین پیشرانها و دیگر شاخصها ایجاد میکنند. متغییر فعالیتهای کلیدی بهطور میانگین اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری کمتری داشته و متغییرهای بخشهای مشتریان، جریان درآمدی، منابع کلیدی تأثیرگذاری کمتری بر سیستم داشتند. وضعیت بوم کسبوکار ورزشهای الکترونیک در ایران تا حدودی ناپایدار است و شرایط کنونی حاکم بر بوم کسبوکار در آینده نزدیک به شدت تغییر خواهد کرد.
