The Effect of Knowledge Management, Psychological Empowerment on staff`s Creativity

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to Evaluate the Effect of Knowledge Management and Psychological Empowerment on staff`s Creativity in youth and sport organizations of Ilam Province. This research is descriptive-correlative and Population included 120 employees of the Office of Youth and Sports of the way all of Ilam were selected. To collect data was used knowledge management (Hemati 2010), Spritzer empowerment (1995), Randsip creativity (1997) questionnaires and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively: 0/96, 0/86 and 0/92, respectively. Results of describing data suggested that a mean score related to creativity dependant variable is 46/9 of 100, the mean of knowledge management in administrative organs in Ilam province is 68.9 of 134 and the mean score related to employees. Psychological empowerment variable is 59.4 of 75. Also, results of data analysis shows that knowledge management and its aspects, psychological empowerment and its aspects have a positive meaningful correlation to employee's creativity. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that psychological empowerment, knowledge management and 0/99 variability (Creativity) are explained. Finally Lisrel confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling showed that According to the Fitting indexes: GFI=0/99, RMR=0/063, Relative Index Chi square=0/81, RMSEA=0/001 and NFI=0/98, research model was Goodness of Fit Index.
