Abstract
The e-sports industry in Iran as a business has the necessary potential for development and revenue generation. Therefore, for management and planning in this area, the use of new methods of futurology, especially scenarios is crucial. The present study combines documentary-survey methods in terms of applied purpose and method. The statistical population includes 13 experts and activists in computer games, business and sports management professors. The method of sampling was snow throat and the research tool was interviews with experts and a questionnaire. The results of MickMac software analysis showed that the variables of the customer relationship, cost structure, and channels have a high impact and effectiveness. The variables of key partners and the proposed values create high impact and low impact on the relationships between drivers and other indicators. The variables of key activities had less impact and effectiveness on average, and the variables of customer segments, revenue stream, and key resources had less impact on the system. The state of the e-sports business environment in Iran is somewhat unstable and the current conditions governing the business environment will change drastically in the near future.
