The Relationship between servant leadership style and individual creative workers to youth sports organizations in Lorestan Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership style and individual creatively workers to youth sports organizations in Lorestan Province. Research methods, descriptive and solidarity, that has been done in the field of applied research is in order. Statistical community, including: physical education departments of all employees Lorestan. a sample size of 80 cases is determined. Tools for data collection, two standard questionnaires creativety  and servant leadership is that their reliability were 90/0 and 86/0 is reported. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, variance, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression) is used. The results show that the correlation between leadership style and service innovation agency staff; The p< 0/01 equal 0/38 is a positive and significant relationship between the data shows that these two variables. According to the new leadership is servant leadership styles, Therefore, managers of sports organizations can use this style as a new approach in organizations, Conditions that create prosperity and creativity of employees, is provided.
