The relationship between spirituality at work and organizational effectiveness in sport and youth offices of Razavi Khorasan

Abstract

The incorporation of spritual and organizational life of employees have recently been the subject of Organizational Studies and Management Sciences (Rastegar, 1387). the main purpose  of this research is studying  the relationship between spirituality at work and organizational effectiveness in sport and youth offices of Razavi khorasan province.AlphaThe research society consisted all the staff of sport and youth offices of Razavi Khorasan province (200 cases) that According to the Morgan, 127 of the research society were selected as sample in the form of cluster. Organizational Effectiveness and spirituality at work Questionnaire are selected as the research tools Alpha that reliability and validity of the two questionnaires were approved (α=%95و α=%94). Data analysis was managed by descriptive and deductive statistics (ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and one-sample t-test). The results indicates a direct significant relation between spirituality at work and organizational effectiveness(R= 0.67).The average level of the expected spirituality (M=3.751) was higher than other levels. In the research society the spirituality at work and organizational effectiveness were at desired levels of T(135, 0/ 05)= 15/27 and T(135, 0/05)=2/57, respectively.
Taking account of the spiritual characteristics of the staff of the sport and youth organizations are among the important factors that can increase the professional effectiveness.
