Abstract
The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the effective factors on improving the micro-organization in sports federations. The research method was of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and the qualitative part of it was done in the form of grand theory method using Glazer's approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section included people who are aware of the research topic, and according to the purposeful selection, the number of 14 people was determined as a sample. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative part of the research included the board of directors and specialist employees of sports federations, whose number after the estimations was 468 people. According to the Morgan table and using the available sampling method, 214 people were identified as the research sample. Finally, after distributing and collecting the research questionnaires, 195 people cooperated with the present research. Therefore, among the questionnaires of the quantitative part of the research, 195 completed questionnaires were analyzed. The research tools included semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. The content validity of this questionnaire was investigated using the opinion of university professors and its construct validity was investigated using the factor analysis method. The results showed that the identified factors included individual abilities, environmental aspects, organizational approaches, coordination aspects and organizational maturity. In other words, in the path of micro-organizational development in sports federations, a platform should be provided for the formation of individual abilities, environmental aspects, organizational approaches, aspects of coordination and organizational maturity.
