Explaining the effect of strategic alignment and strategic intelligence on the innovative performance with the role of organizational development in sports boards of Lorestan province

Abstract

The aim of this study was to explain the effect of strategic alignment and strategic intelligence on innovative performance with the role of organizational development in sports boards of Lorestan province. The research method was descriptive-correlational by using the method of structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all of the sports board employees of Lorestan province and 162 people were selected by using the random sampling method. Data were gathered using the organizational development questionnaires of Peter Luke, John Crawford (2000), the innovative performance of Huang and Lee (2018), the strategic intelligence of Guichard (2011), and the strategic alignment of Sardana (2016), which validity and reliability have both been confirmed. Data were analyzed using spss26 and smart-pls3 software. The results showed that strategic alignment had a positive and significant effect on organizational development. Also, Strategic intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational development. In addition, there is a significant relationship in the structural model of innovative performance based on strategic alignment and strategic intelligence through organizational development. Therefore, it is recommended that the bosses of boards with implementation of mechanisms of strategic alignment and strategic intelligence lead to organizational development and innovative performance to be in boards.
