Abstract
The benefits of establishing e-government in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the implementation of this plan will lead to a better interaction between the government and the citizens and the commercial and industrial sectors, and the power of the citizens will increase through more and better access to information. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to present the electronic government model in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The current research method is qualitative with Glazer's approach and of an exploratory type. The statistical population included experts (members of the university's faculty - deputy ministers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth - senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth). Field of study and having scientific writings related to the brand, having managerial positions and executive experience in the field of the current research were among the selection indicators for the initial list of experts. The sampling method was used as non-probability sampling, with targeted selection and with maximum diversity or heterogeneity. The sample size in this research was equal to 14 people based on the theoretical saturation index. The measurement tool was an open interview and was analyzed based on three stages of open, central and selective coding. Based on data analysis, 73 primary concepts, 13 mainategories were identified.
