Analysis of the performance management model in the physical education of the Ministry of Petroleum

Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze the performance management model of the Ministry of Petroleum. This research is practical in terms of purpose and the data was collected in the field in a mixed qualitative and quantitative way. The statistical population in the qualitative section included18 experts and experts in physical education from the Ministry of Oil and sports management professors, and in the quantitative section, the statistical population in the quantitative section included425managers, experts in oil physical education 205 people were selected as a sample, first by random stratification and then by non-random availability based on the Karjesi and Morgan table. The research questions of the researcher's questionnaire included 37 indicator effective indicators on performance management in the physical training of the Ministry of Petroleum, whose validity was confirmed by10sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.91). Analysis of findings was done using SPSS and Lisrel software. The findings showed that the management of the physical education performance of the Ministry of Petroleum has 37components in the form of strategic plan, horizon and outlook, executive measures, capabilities and potentials, leadership, human resource empowerment, sports equipment and space, motivational measures, attracting and maintaining human resources.He is an expert in communication, monitoring and financial resources. If the vision and missions are determined in the strategic program , and by choosing the appropriate leadership style and empowering technical and managerial human resources, the performance of physical training in the Ministry of Oil will be improved.
