Abstract
The method of the present research was implemented in terms of theoretical and fundamental purpose and data collection using a qualitative method. The method of data collection was in the field; which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 24 studies (domestic and foreign) and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research was made up of all experts related to sports management, including macro sports management and experts in the field of ethics and spirituality, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling of a targeted and available type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the factors affecting spirituality and ethics in physical education and sports, J.A. According to the statement of the second step of the revolution, Iran is a code opener in the four areas of 68 (culture, spirituality, ethics, responsibility). As a result, creating a structure to promote the culture of social responsibility among athletes and not neglecting the two parts of spirituality and ethics in all individual and social activities, as well as the formation of a committee or management council of Iranian Islamic ethics in various fields of sports, laying the groundwork for empowerment and It is to promote the moral and professional skills of the country's sports community.
