Abstract

The justice and perform it is a basic and natural needs of human that consistently in history had provided fit place in order to the development human society. The purpose of this research was to Analysis the organizational justice factors and its relations with the organizational commitment of physical education general administration employees of Mazandaran province. In order achieving the research goals, Rego & Kanha (2006) & Meyer and Allen (1990) questionnaires has been used. After the determination the validity and reliability (α=0/82 for the organizational justice & α=0/78 for the organizational commitment) this questionnaires was distributed between statistical sample that the base of Morgan table were persons 86. For data analysis, some statistical techniques such as Pearson and Spirman correlation coefficients & multiple regressions were used. Finding shows that there are the positive and significant relationships between the some of organizational justice factors of employees with together & with the some of organizational commitment factors of employees. Regression analysis showed that organizational commitment affected the organizational justice of in physical education general administration employees of Mazandaran province. The results demonstrated that organizations con not continue to its life without justice and respect of justice in organization is a part of ethical responsibility of managers.
