Abstract
The purpose of this study was to design a model for empowering technical and executive factors in sports with a combined design approach. The research method was a two-stage exploratory combination of instrument making. Qualitative research method, qualitative case study and potential participants included 20 faculty members and technical and executive agents of national teams. In a small part, the research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research included all coaches and technical and executive staff of selected national teams of several sports in all age categories and both groups of men and women, whose number 267 people. Statistical sample Due to the possibility of sample loss, the count was considered and finally 206 questionnaires were returned correctly. The instrument used in the quantitative section was a researcher-made scale based on a network of thematic sections. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used to evaluate the fit of the research model. The results showed that the corresponding t value of each factor has a significant effect and the whole fit of framework of the model of empowerment of technical and executive factors in sports was approved. Also, the factors of moral values with the effect of 0.830 are the most important factors in the framework of the model of empowerment of technical and executive factors in sports. Therefore, due to the necessity of the model framework of the model of empowerment of technical and executive factors in sports, it is recommended that the issues related to the empowerment of coaches and technical and executive staff be considered by the officials.
