Abstract
The aim of this study was to design a qualitative model of factors affecting the institutionalization of sports leisure in the lifestyle of Iranian youth. The research method was qualitative and based on the data theory approach and the Glaser approach, and the required information was obtained through document studies and in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study included professors of physical education, sports coaches and teachers, physical education experts and physical education managers of sports organizations who had educational, research and executive activities in the field of sports leisure. The sampling method was purposeful and snowball and the sample size was not predetermined and sampling continued until the theoretical saturation (17 people). Atlas-ti 2018 qualitative statistical analysis software was used to extract and analyze the codes, categories and dimensions of the research model from the interviews. Data analysis showed that the research model consists of 103 open source and 12 categories including managerial, planning, structural, economic, cultural, social, communication, governmental, personal, family, motivational and attitude, which are in three basic organizational, environmental and individual dimensions. Were categorized. Awareness of the factors affecting the institutionalization of sports leisure in the lives of Iranian youth presented in the present study can be a practical and comprehensive resource to remove the limitations of youth sports leisure and promote sports in Iranian youth leisure for officials of sports and youth related institutions.
