Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for developing the success of football coaches using the data foundation theory (Case study: football clubs in the first division league). The present study is based on the purpose of basic research and is based on the collection of exploratory information using the Foundation's data theory method.

The statistical population consisted of coaches, club managers, veteran athletes working in League One teams, and university faculty members. The method of targeted sampling using the snowball technique was used. The collected data were analyzed and analyzed using open, central and selective coding and the final model was extracted. Based on the results and after the final classification of concepts, 28 sub-categories were obtained, which were placed in 6 main categories. Based on the Six-Partners Coach Success Paradigm, the prerequisites for coaching success, context and facilities, barriers, practical strategies and the consequences of coaching success are summarized.
