Designing and building tools for measuring rate of effectiveness of para Olympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran according to Competing Value Framework

Abstract

Organization effectiveness is main subject on organized openions and is a factor on actions of organization. Purpose of this study is design and build tools for measuring effectiveness of para Olympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran according to Competing Value Framework. community of this study was beneficiaries para Olympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran (directors board of this committee veterans and defects federation are blinds and low looking federation) at 1394 and cultural sport team that sent to london on 2012. Static sample is as static community. Searcher questionary is supplied effectivness with an explorative process and after finding the variables some of experts in sport management discussed about premisible of its supeficial and text. 230 questionaries distributed and finally 207 questionary has analyzed between samples of distribution searching. with using of analyzing explorative factors 52 question is in dentify in eight frameworks flexibility (6questions), organizational Resource (9question), Productivity(6question), organizational interactions(6question), Organizational Stability (9questions), Integrity Staffing (5question), Human Resource Specialist (7 questions) and Setting a Goal (5questions). Internal fixation of this questionary have calculateed by using of cronbakh ALpha(r=0.86). Results of this search showes that effectiveness questionary of paraolympic national committee of Islamic republic of Iran is according to Competing Value Framework and a suitable theoric framework for measuring the organizational affectveness
