Modeling Relationship between Perceived organizational justice and Job Involvement in the Staff of Sport and Youth Ministry

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between and Perceptions of organizational justice and Job Involvement in the Staff of Sport and Youth Ministry. this search was descriptive correlational and was conducted as field. this search was descriptive correlational and was conducted as field. 244 out of 255 questionnaires that were distributed among experts of Ministry of sport and youth were considered as the sample of the research. to collective data, Organizational justice questionnaire (Niehoff and Moorman,1992) and job involvement questionnaire (Salanova, 2002) were used. Their validity was estimated by specialists and experts and their reliability by cronbach’s alpha coefficient respectively as α=0/81 and α=0/83. The data were analyzed by pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis and Structural equation modeling. the result indicates a significant relationship between Organizational justice and job involvement was variance. Also, regression results show that the Interactional justice and distributive justice could explain a part of variable variance. Structural equation modeling confirmed the relationship between organizational justice dimensions of job involvement.
