Path analysis through AMOS-16 software, were used to investigate the fitness of the proposed model. First, on the basis of review of literature, a proposed model presented and the fitness of the model using structural equation model were investigated. Based on the findings, it was indicated that in female employees, the direct coefficient paths between job characteristics and structural empowerment, job characteristics and psychology empowerment, and psychology empowerment and burnout frequency, reported to be significant (r = 0.52, r = 0.45, r = 0.28, p < .05). The results for men employments indicated that the direct coefficient paths between job characteristics and structural empowerment, job characteristics and psychology empowerment, and burnout frequency and burnout intensive, reported to be significant (0.57, 0.42, 0.30, p < .05). The findings reported that the remaining direct and indirect paths were not significant. Therefore, based on the findings, it can be concluded that to rely more on the direct rather than indirect effects between the variables to reduce frequency and intensive burnout employees feel in workplace.
