Structural equation modeling of the organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and social capital in employees of Departments of sport and youths of Khorasan Razavi Province

Abstract

This study aimed to design a structural equation model organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and social capital in employees of Departments of sport and youths of Khorasan Razavi Province. The population included all of staffs in the Departments of sport and youths of Khorasan Razavi (N = 253) that selected 163 staff members by Using a stratified random sampling technique. The research method in this study was descriptive and correlation. In order to analyze the data and statistical inference was used at Pearson's correlation, regression analysis and structural equation modeling using of SPSS 19 and LISREL 8.8. The regression analysis results showed that organizational justice predict variance of OCB (0/53), also organizational justice and OCB predict variance of social capital(0/60). Moreover structural equation model result showed that organizational justice both directly and indirectly through organizational citizenship behavior has an impact on employee's social capital, output software (NFI= 0.98, GFI = 0.94, RMSEA=0.062) shows fit model to data. The result of this study representative that enhance of organizational justice assemble environment profuse of OCB and social capital.
