Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the needs based on Iranian-Islamic culture of women's sports clubs in Shahriar. The present research is an applied research that has been done in a survey and field. The statistical population of the study is women athletes, coaches, professors in the field of sports and physical education in Shahriar city, whose number is unlimited and the sample size is 384 people. Research measuring instrument a researcher-made questionnaire with 44 questions, the validity of which has been confirmed by experts in the field of sports management and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha of 0.90. Using descriptive and inferential statistics, research data has been converted to output and these analyzes have been done in SPSS22 and Amos22. Findings show that the highest average in terms of needs based on Iranian-Islamic culture, socio-cultural factor. As a result, the cultural factor is the most important factor in the needs of women athletes based on Iranian-Islamic culture. It is inferred that factors such as the sense of fun of women's clubs, Keeping Iranian and Islamic culture alive in the structures of sports venues, etc. are very important.
