Explaining the Communication Model of Conflict Management Styles with the Satisfaction and Success of Athletes in Iranian National Teams for the Deaf

Abstract
The present study was conducted to Explaining the communication model of conflict management styles with satisfaction and success of athletes in Iranian national teams for the deaf. In this study, Robbins (1998) Conflict Management Questionnaires of Rimrochladoray Athletes (1998) and the success of Mousavi and Vaez Mousavi (2015) athletes were used. To analyze the data and prioritize the dominant style of conflict management, Friedman test and to determine the relationship and the extent of the variables, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling method have been used. Software (SPSS and Smart PLS) were also used to perform calculations and model design. The results showed that coaches use non-confrontational style to manage more conflicts. Also, while observing the relationship between conflict management styles (t = 2.81, f = 0.68) and athletes' satisfaction, between solution strategy (t = 2.64, f = 0.46) and non-confrontation (t = 2.78, f = 0.32) There was a significant relationship between athletes 'satisfaction and solution orientation strategy (t = 3.44, f = 0.32) with athletes' success. According to the research results, when the coaches of the national teams for the deaf use solution-oriented strategies, they are more successful in managing conflicts and creating satisfaction and achieving the success of athletes.
