The statistical population of the study consisted of all officials, deputies, and officials of the federation and coaches who had the experience of executive and research activities in women's national teams. The research sample was selected with Non-probability sampling from the statistical population. First, by using library studies and reviewing the theoretical foundations and literature reveiw, the factors affecting the selection of female coaches of the national teams were identified.Factors whose content validity index was above 7.9 were used in the rest of the research. In order to analyze the research data, the Fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to rank the factors and determine the relationships between the factors. These are the most influential factors in case of selecting the female coaches of national team's in order: 1-Knowledge of international language, 2- Using statistics and information, 3- Creating a balance between life and work, 4- Having new knowledge of sports sciences, 5- Improving the coaching level by training courses, 6- Psychological and motivational ability. Based on the results of this study, there is a significant relationship between the factors of selecting the female coaches of national teams. This can be considered as an advantage for an organization that applies females in national teams. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه عوامل موثر بر انتخاب مربیان زن تیم‌های ملی با رویکرد دیمتل‌فازی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل تمامی روسای فدراسیونهای ورزشی، نایب رئیس بانوان و مسئولین کمیته‌های فنی فدراسیونهای ورزشی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و افراد صاحبنظر در انتخاب مربیان زن تیم‌های ملی بوده و نمونه تحقیق به شیوه نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی از بین جامعه تحقیق انتخاب شد. ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مرور مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش، عوامل موثر بر انتخاب مربیان زن تیم‌های ملی شناسایی شد. عواملی که شاخص روایی محتوایی آنها بالای 9/7 بود، در ادامه پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از روش دیمتل فازی جهت رتبه‌بندی عوامل و تعیین روابط بین عوامل استفاده شد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ تحقیق تأثیرگذارترین عوامل انتخاب مربیان زن تیم‌های ملی کشور به ترتیب عبارتنداز: 1- آگاهی به زبان بین‌الملل؛ 2- استفاده از آمار و اطلاعات؛ 3- ایجاد تعادل بین زندگی و کار؛ 4- برخورداری از دانش نوین علوم ورزشی؛ 5- ارتقاء سطح مربیگری با دوره‌های آموزشی؛ 6- توانمندی روانشناسی و انگیزه‌دهی. همچنین، ﺑﻴﻦ عوامل انتخاب مربیان زن تیم‌های ملی کشور ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎدارى وﺟﻮد داشت. اﻳﻦ موضوع را ﻣﻲﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺰﻳﺘﻲ ﺑﺮاى ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن‌های ورزﺷﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل بکارگیری زنان در حوره مربیگری تیم‏های ملی هستند، ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻧﻤﻮد. https://smms.basu.ac.ir/article_6284_7a7c6a5b2f18e21e23049634cec06c68.pdf
