عوامل مؤثر بر مزیت رقابتی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر مزیت رقابتی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان می‌باشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد که به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان (965=N) تشکیل دادند. 286 نفر از کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس مقیاس‌های فرهنگ سازمانی دنیسون (2000)، سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1999)، مدیریت دانش همتی (1389)، یادگیری سازمانی گومز و همکاران (2005)، نوآوری سازمانی جیمز و همکاران (2008) و مزیت رقابتی هیل و جونز (2010) را تکمیل کردند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس 19 و پی.ال.اس 3 استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد فرهنگ سازمانی و سرمایه اجتماعی بر مدیریت دانش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. مدیریت دانش نیز بر نوآوری سازمانی و یادگیری سازمانی تأثیرگذار بود. همچنین متغیرهای نوآوری سازمانی و یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کسب مزیت رقابتی دارند. مدل پیشنهادی تحقیق نیز از برازش مطلوبی (56/0= GOF) در جامعه مورد نظر برخوردار بود. نتیجه کلی تحقیق نشان داد مدیریت دانش، فرهنگ سازمانی، سرمایه اجتماعی، یادگیری سازمانی و نوآوری سازمانی تأثیر مثبتی بر دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی توسط وزارت ورزش و جوانان دارند. بنابراین مدیران این سازمان باید توجه ویژه‌ای به این متغیرها داشته باشند تا به‌صورتی مؤثر به مزیت رقابتی نسبت به سایر سازمان‌ها دست یابند.
